Steve Madwell – “Hometown Blues” (Album) [Barnsongs]

This is the kind of music which makes me cry. The fiddle, his voice, though I usually listen to uptempo dance music I also really enjoy albums like this. It feels so genuine, so rooted to the ground. The tracks “Early on in Life” and “To see your Face Again” are the two I would listen to if you have 6 minutes and 45 seconds. The tracks are a great mix between slide guitar, banjo, and fiddle with a variety of background vocalists. I think this kind of music makes you thoughful and is good for your health too.
