The fourth studio album from the French duo is catching a lot of buzz online right now, and has been described as “between shadow and light, failure and redemption, violence and melancholy.” It’s hard to know exactly what that means having never heard Scratch Massive before, but after a couple listens you start to get it. The soothing electronica of “Numero 6,” strung out bass lines on “Dancer in the Dark,” and blazing techno of “Mono Arch”– it’s full of ups and downs. Something for whatever mood you’re in.
