Genre-bending jazz from Kamasi.  The album ranges from mild and spacious to full sound led by his tenor saxophone.  Tunes like Street Fighter Mas might harken back to a Herbie Hancock experience with a choral backdrop. The two discs are Kamasi’s Heaven or his inward-facing-world and Earth, his outward-facing world.
