Clap Your Hands Say Yeah originally rose to fame in the alternative rock world after releasing their debut 2005 album, which received a massive media response, predominantly in the form of online sharing and blog raves. On Tourist, the East Coast indie rock outfit continue to work on creating the polished, finely crafted pop that they were originally loved for, but with much less critical acclaim. The album boasts the captivating and odd warbling vocal style of the lead singer, Ounsworth, as much, if not all, of its appeal.
