Bob Weir – “Blue Mountain”

If you are reading this post, I honestly hope to god that you know who the legendary man this is Bob Weir is. If you don’t, I’ll enlighten you. Weir is most notably known for being one of the founding members of the Grateful Dead, but he also has a numerous amount of other very successful side-projects, and the man tours constantly to this day. Simply put, the man can jam, so I didn’t know if this album was going to be a jam-band type album or not. What Weir gave us was an amazing Americana album, and his collaboration with members of The National really help make this album that much more stellar. It’s worth a listen, for sure.
