The Devil Makes Three is a folk-rock group hailing from Santa Cruz, CA and they have been releasing albums since 2002 together. These guys have come through to Burlington on multiple occasions and I have never went to see them. I haven’t listened to anything these guys have released in a while, so I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect, but in retrospect I should’ve known what I was getting into. The three members infuse bluegrass, folk-rock, country, blues, jazz, ragtime, and rockabilly to release catchy tunes that are fun and instrumentally rich. Not bad for a trio from Santa Cruz!
