In all honesty, I thought that his album was going to be utter trash when I received it in the mail. After all, Paul Simon is 74, and some of his contemporaries like Bob Dylan don’t sound that fantastic for their age, but GOD DAMN did this album prove me wrong. Right from the get-go, it was an enjoyable piece of music, and it didn’t disappoint throughout the whole album. I mean, DAMN. How the hell does Paul Simon still sound like he did in his glory days? My only complaint is that my favorite song from album is explicit, so I can never play it for my lovely audience. All in all, Paul Simon has still got it.
