The latest from Beat Spacek a.k.a. Steve Spacek is an album titled Modern Streets. The music was composed almost entirely on an iPad and iPhone which gives the album a stripped down, demo feel. The music has elements of Jungle, Chicago House, Dupstep, Drum & Bass and R&B. Spacek provides his falsetto vocals to the tracks which is where the R&B vibe comes in. You also can hear hints of Africa Hitech (the collaboration Spacek did with Mark Pritchard) but with more of a dialed down feel. Overall this is a pretty solid album that is smooth and easy to listen to.
