I’m quite pleased to see that there’s a new release from the Swingin’ Utters. I feel incredibly out of touch as I have not spun their wares in ages. “Alice” opens up with the trademark street smart vocals and guitar licks that they’re known for. “Tell Them Told You So” is a gem, despite the profanity. Very catchy and similar in style to Rancid. Other tracks that caught my ear included “From The Towers To The Tenements”, “More or Less Moral”, “Agonist”, “We Are Your Garbage” (very much like Sham 69) and “Unaffected”. Rather than go into further detail, I’ll leave you to be the judge. Worth picking up if you’re on a nostalgia kick.
