Dark Arc is the latest album from Ohio band Saintseneca who are fronted by singer/songwriter Zac Little. Their music sounds like a mix of the weird folk of Neutral Milk Hotel with the emo of Cursive or Bright Eyes. The single “Happy Alone” is the most accessible song on the album, with a very catchy chorus. The track that comes right after, “Fed Up With Hunger”, is one of the stranger songs on the album that features an additional vocalist, but shows a nice other side of their music. I can see this album being popular with a lot of the DJs at WRUV.
