DJ Frane is back with another smoky, funky, downtempo Trip Hop/Hip Hop album titled Hi Dusty Stranger. The album has a similar vibe to Journey To The Planet Of Birds with groovy beats, floating flutes and spaced out synthesizers. The difference on this album is that it has a Wild West feel to it with cowboy twangs, mouth harps and western movie samples. DJ Frane has once again managed to take you on a journey to a different land in a different time in a way that is so smooth you barely noticed you’ve left the ground.
