Ablebody is the new solo project from Christoph Hochheim, a current member of The Depreciation Guild & a former member of The Pains Of Being Pure At Heart! As such, there is a shoegazey pop sound to new EP All My Everybody. Never Better staple “Sally Hot Jazz” is built around high synth tones, Christoph’s low, smooth voice & a beat that evokes The Radio Dept. “No Room For I” is more uptempo & straightforward! A bit later, the EP ends with a cover of Harry Nilsson’s “Sister Marie”, chiming & lovely. If you enjoy subtle pop gems hidden under layers of echoing sound, All My Everybody is for you!
