The Compulsions are a heavily 80’s/Cocaine influenced band. The album originally titled “Cocaine” has been renamed to “Demon Love.” The album was clearly written under the influence/withdrawal of cocaine, making this somewhat less creative than any other coked up rock band, but the music is good. The Shameless Children is a relatively new project of Haleh June and Omid Fard. Their newest album “Behind Closed Doors” throws down female vocals on top of heavy metal riffs. Boston Spaceships is a collaboration of talented musicians, but the product they offer titled “Brown Submarine” seems to be a generic light rock album with under-acheiving vocals/lyrics. The sound they have found is a monotonous light rock that is suitable for backround music so low you can’t hear it.
